Pay4Property is a property developer providing residential letting accomodation in Worcester and Coventry ranging from luxury apartments and studios to single standard rooms. Our accomodation is available to both Students and Professionals at affordable rents with all bills included. We own all our houses and manage them ourselves so as a tenant you don’t get the problems you can get when dealing with a large faceless lettings agent; no surprise utility bills, you know exactly who you can talk to if you have any questions or problems and if there are any issues they are dealt with quickly and professionally.

Our Houses

All our properties also have unlimited superfast fibre broadband internet service with Wifi accessible everywhere and most of them also have wired Ethernet into each flat. Gas, electricity, water, broadand and council tax for working tenants are included in the rent – some also include a large flat screen TV in the communal lounge.

A growing number of our properties now have fully self contained studio apartments and flats that all have private kitchens (fan oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, sink, fridge/freezer) in addition to spacious ensuites so our tenants can have all the advantages of a private flat but with all bills and internet included for less cost.

All of our properties come fully furnished and have gas central heating, double glazing, separate communal social lounge, free laundry facilities and modern fully equiped kitchens. Most bedrooms include a full size double bed with memory foam mattress and have en-suites with large power showers.

For tenants seeking the most economic accomodation we also have standard rooms in some of our properties that provide you with a well appointed private room at very affordable rents sharing excellent kitchen and bathrooms facilities and benefitting from the free internet access, shared social lounges and free laundry facilities.
