Previous addresses

As part of our credit check we need details of where you have lived for the past 3 years.

We need to know where you have lived for the past 3 years. If any of the addresses are outside the UK that address may be omitted.

Passport / ID details

As part of the credit checking process we need proof of your identity. We need copies of your passport / id card and other documents to complete this check.

If you don't have a driving licence then please enter NONE

Employment Details

As part of our credit check we need details of your current employment. We will contact your employer to verify your income and employment status.

The amount your earn each month (before tax) and including any regular bonus. If you are paid weekly please enter 4 x your weekly wage
The name of your line manager
Must be the WORK email address of your supervisor or HR department - NOT a personal/private email like Gmail

Other information


As a guarantor you may have to pay the rent or other charges for the tenant if they are unable to pay. Please explain where the money would come from if this was necessary

The documents we need are :

Don't worry if you don't have all these documents now as you can still submit your application without them and upload them later using the separate document upload form. If you don't upload the required documents then you will need to provide these as soon as possible to allow your application to be processed. Applicants Consent

I hereby expressly consent to my personal details including any forwarding address at the termination of any tenancy being passed on request to the utility company, local authority, collection agents and/or law enforcement agencies.


I understand that other than outlined above, all information will be treated as confidential.

Declaration

1. I am applying to be a tenancy guarantor on the basis that the property or accommodation will be the main or only home of the tenant.

2. I give permission for enquiries to be made based on the information I have provided to establish my status.

3. I understand that if I or the tenant has paid a holding fee this may be forfeit if they choose not to proceed with the tenancy or I am found to have knowingly provided false information herein.

4. I also certify that

a. I do not have any County Court Judgements against me

b. I do not owe money to any Benefits Department, Housing Association or Local Authority

c. I do not owe money or dilapidation money to any previous Landlord

d. The tenant has the right to rent in the UK



IF YOU KNOWINGLY SUPPLY FALSE INFORMATION IT MAY BE USED BY THE LANDLORD TO SEEK POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY UNDER GROUND 17 OF SECTION 8 OF THE HOUSING ACT 1988 (AS AMENDED BY SECTION 102 OF THE HOUSING ACT 1996).

If you've not added copies of your documents then submission should only take a few seconds, but if you have added large photos, etc it make take several minutes so please be patient.
